Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a refund of class or camp fees (less PayPal transaction fees) if a cancellation is requested in writing at least two weeks prior to the class or camp start date. Refunds will not be made for cancellations requested later than two weeks before the class or camp start date.
Release
I do hereby fully release and forever discharge Kim Roth – Fine Art Studio, it’s owners and staff, from any and all claims for injuries (including but not limited to COVID-19), damages, or loss that my minor child / ward or I may have or which may accrue to me or my minor child / ward and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with programs at Kim Roth – Fine Art Studio.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
